The Usual Suspects is een samensmelting van al het goede waar de
urban-scene voor staat. De zes heren die vanavond in The Palace staan
zijn al jarenlang een drijvende kracht achter deze scene en hebben
allemaal een grote fanbase. Irwan wordt onder de kenners ook wel de ‘zingende dj’ genoemd. Dit omdat hij vaak tijdens zijn zeer gevarieerde sets live zingt. Behalve hierin blinkt hij uit met strakke mixtechnieken. Kid, Original en Flava zijn behalve los van elkaar als bekende dj’s ook samen sterk als The Royal Team. Zij staan achter de programmering van Royal Radio (het eerste 24-uurs internet Urban radio station). Frank is vanuit de swingbeat en de bubbling uitgegroeid tot een top-dj. Orlando is vooral bekend als resident van de Challenge in hoofddorp en de bekende Urban Nation feesten in de Heineken Music Hall. |

The Usual Suspects bring you a night of the very best the urban scene
has to offer. The six gentlemen playing in The Palace tonight have
been a driving force behind this scene for years and have each built
up a massive fan base. Irwan owes his nickname ‘the singing dj’ to his outstanding vocal performances during his highly varied dj sets. Besides a supple voice, the man can also boast of very tight mixing skills. Kid, Original and Flava are each well-known dj’s, often performing together as The Royal Team. They’re the ones responsible for programming Royal Radio (the first 24-hour internet Urban radio station). Frank is coming from swingbeat and bubbling & now belongs to the very best. Orlando is known primarily as resident of the Challenge in Hoofddorp and the infamous Urban Nation parties in the Heineken Music Hall. |
